Very experienced and easy to deal with.
As a landlord of multiple properties, I rely on my agent to manage my tenants expectations and make sure my property is maintained to a high standard. The team at Elders Penrith is quick to respond to maintenance needs and has my best interest in mind!

The best Agency
Rebecca and her team is the best in the town. Never a problem either it's the matter they have take to the tribunal or to find the suitable trades person . Never a problem in explaining or communicating between Tanents etc..

Seriously fast turn around.
We needed to move urgently due to personal circumstances and Ricky at Elders just made it happen! He showed us a high quality property that was in tip top form on a Monday and and expedited the process for us when we needed it most - keys on the Friday. Such a good experience.
