We traveled from Lilydale Vic where we had sold our house Under a conditional contract (Subject to valuations of security properties (expected within 2 weeks))We had only 2 weeks to locate and secure a new home in the Port Macquarie area, so we were under the pump and totally reliant on our Estate Agent's help not knowing the area. We were advised to go to Elder's Real Estate in Port by our agent in Lilydale.. We went to Elders and met with Katie who was very friendly and helpful. She was able to introduce us to 4 properties that were within our price range.
