So happy, SOLD in one week, well done Greg.
From day one, the whole process was a dream, the communication with Greg and Tash to get the property on the market was great, then when the inquiries started to come in, Greg was on the phone letting me know and after every inspection a full run down of how it all went. Over the last two days in the negotiation stage we were calling each other at all times of day and night and ended up with a fantastic outcome. Because it SOLD so quickly, the process was just over one week, thank you Greg, job well done.

No nonsense outcome from an Agent who tells it as it is.
Greg was strong on communication and transparency which made the 9 hour return trip up from Sydney to inspect a productive journey. At just under the top of guide price the property represented a sound investment without the frustration that comes with under quoting. The specific type of property closely matched what I had been searching for over a longer period so it was refreshing to deal with an agent who set realistic and achievable expectations and then worked hard to deliver them.

Great customer service and great result
After struggling to sell my property for over 12 months within 4 weeks of taking over the campaign Greg had found a buyer for the property and 4 weeks later contracts were exchanged. Buying a house a breeze with Greg
We have thoroughly enjoyed all our dealings with Greg. He has been very easy to talk to on the phone, very helpful with all our questions, and pleasant to deal with in person. The day he showed us through what will soon be our new house, Greg was a great mix of information, friendliness, but also wasn't too pushy: he allowed us to look around at our pace.
