Friendly and Helpful
Tom was efficient and available during the purchase of our home. He shared his insights in to the local area and the building standards from the period our home was built. When our settlement was challenged he negotiated with both sides to ensure a solution that was fair and allowed settlement to happen ontime.

A pleasure to deal with!
Tom did a wonderful job of selling our home. He was extremely easy to communicate with, and always happy to take the time to answer our questions or explain things to us. He was across the local market and upfront about what we could expect. He helped make the whole process as easy as possible. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a local agent!

Pretty crap, and Ive bought & sold many properties
I got told about three offers that he knocked back and two of the three potential buyers then offered more. I was never informed until after he got to final highest offer. Miscommunication during my experience with him. No phone call or email on settlement nor prior leading up to. I rang the day after settlement to find out what was going on. He mentioned they'll transfer the deposit in the coming days. I replied no, transfer it now.
