Jo-Anne was incredibly helpful with providing accurate advice on the right time to sell. She is very proactive with communication and reaching out during the course of the sale. There was an offer made and accepted after the first open home and Jo-Anne made proactive steps to ensure this was actioned and processed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Jo-Anne for selling a property, she is courteous, clear and concise in her communication.

Lindsay was great - after speaking with other agents and being disappointed, he was a shining light. He was honest and supportive through my first experience selling a property.

Lindsay was helpful and approachable from the outset. Although the Alice Springs market was not favourable for sellers, he persisted in a positive way, regularly kept in touch through the ups and downs, and after a challenging period on the market achieved a good and realistic sale price. We were happy with the whole process and would recommend Lindsay to sellers and buyers.

I would highly recommend Ianne to anyone looking to sell their property. Selling my house in Alice Springs turned out to be a lengthy and challenging process, with many ups and downs along the way. Despite the difficulties, Ianne remained professional, persistent and committed to getting the best possible outcome. Ianne worked hard to generate interest in the property and was able to bring several potential buyers to the table. Her persistence and dedication eventually paid off, and we successfully secured a buyer and completed the sale. I really appreciate Ianne’s patience, communication and determination throughout what was not an easy process. It was a relief to finally get the result we were hoping for, and I’m grateful for the effort she put in to make it happen. Thank you, Ianne, for sticking with it and getting the job done. Highly recommended!

Our property wasn’t an easy sell. It had specific aspects to suit a particular clientele. Kura and Joanne had realistic expectations of initial asking price. Inspections were numerous and we were given good honest feedback on buyer perceptions. Open houses were planned and conducted on time with thought given to presentation and important points to show viewers. Contract negotiation was clear and communicated well. We really appreciated Kuras professional conduct
