Amazing customer service!
My wife and I recently moved in to a property managed by elders alstonville, it’s our first time ever dealing with elders and they have been nothing short of amazing, in particular our agent Sam she’s been an absolute superstar and has the best customer service we have ever come across. This has been such a nice change for us as we have dealt with other “professional” real estates in the past who were nothing but rude and inconsiderate every time we sealed with them, so thank you elders and sam for being such a amazing service!

Awesome property manager Samantha!
Sam was an excellent property manager who displays a friendly kindness and understanding manner in all dealings. A breath of fresh air for the agency. The property was clean when I moved in. Any issues were dealt with quickly, lots of past information on relevant issues where shared with me not consealed and issues dealt with no fuss. It was a pleasure liaising with Sam during my rental. I always felt she was managing for a positive outcome for both the renter and the landlord to build long term positive relationships. Currently renting with same agency but property was not properly cleaned along with a few other issues. Other property managers, despite being prompt in replies to issues, do not always display same high level personal qualities as Sam. With my experience Sam is a great property manager.

Fabulous Agency.
Sam at elders looked after me from the moment I handed in my application to the day I moved out 3 years later, she was always caring, understanding, professional above expectation and always so incredibly friendly. Elders made my renting experience as easy and stress free as I have ever experienced . Elders your amazing, I hope to buy my first home with one of your exceptional staff . Also Tessa at the front desk of reception was always the first voice on the phone, she was always so kind and made me feel heard and made to feel like a valued client, she always made the effort to make sure my problems were delegated to the correct person and always returned my calls. Efficient, Professional, Flexible!!
The team at Elders Alstonville were fabulous in assisting our family in finding a new home. They were flexible, professional and efficient. Always greeting us with a smile and manoeuvring around our schedules. I could not speak highly enough of the Elders team and Kelly continues to be at the other end of an email or phone call when we need it.
