In our dealings with Kelly, Troy, Tina and Lisa, we were always treated fairly and courteously. Kelly was very conscious of the interests of the landlord, but really was great for us as tenants as well. Kelly showed that she cared for us as tenants. Troy was really good to deal with and readily offered his honest advice where he was able to. It seemed to us that the staff represented the business proudly. We really found Elders to be good down to earth honest people. We wrote this review because it is our genuine reflection, we have no association with anyone from Elders other than for the purposes of renting a house. This review has come after 2 years in dealing with Elders Alstonville.

What an incredible team! We are so lucky we found a house to rent through Elders Alstonville. We had to find a home quite quickly, so it was a stressful ordeal. The team were quick to get in contact and to start the process for the property we wanted. A big thank you to Lisa and Tarlia for their communication and forwarding on application details right away, and to the incredible Kelly who has just been a superstar right from the beginning with getting us through the door. I'm so amazed at the level of professionalism, communication and genuine care the team have showed (it's not that common with all real estate agencys).
