The sale of our property was easy with the help of Troy and Bec. The house sold quickly and we achieved a price in the range originally quoted to us. Troy's experience in the industry and the area meant his advice was sound. Troy had great tips to prepare the place for sale and some Santa's elves to help get the job's done. We live interstate but Troy happily organised anything we couldn't be there to do ourselves which really took the pressure off and enabled us to get on with the rest of our lives.
