On my behalf he negotiated terms of settlement, forwarded the requested auction contract and section 32 statement as requested promptly and then on the day of auction presented as professional and courteous in his negotiations on behalf of his vendor client. Linda was easy to deal with, Linda was the first agent I met in the Ararat elders office as I was planning to sell my property at the time.
