Excellent support provided
During covid when I was unable to attend my property due to being in Melbourne lockdown Michael and his team managed sale arrangements with me being remote. This was undertaken with little fuss.

Could not have been happier with Michael's work
Michael obviously knows his region and the state of the market and could not have been more helpful to me as a seller. I have already decided when I sell again it will be with him. He just made the whole process very smooth and easy for me, which I really appreciated. Very highly recommended!!

Made my sale simple, fast and easy!
Michael was brilliant from the beginning, he came out the very day I called him, and he had extensive knowledge of the area and recent sales. He gave me good advice and made the sale of my unit so simple and easy. My unit sold in under a week and for more than I anticipated! He was supportive and kept me constantly informed of what was going on and where the sale was up to (even though my phone service and work hours made this challenging). His commission was competitive and I was only charged for the amount of marketing utilised. I have always heard good reviews of Elders in Ararat and I am happy to be able to share this great review, I am so glad I chose to go with them for the sale of my property.

Michael worked hard to achieve a price that I wanted
Taxing time with Covid restrictions, but Michael still worked hard to achieve a good price for the property. Difficult market and a lease in play meant a long settlement (investors were scarce). I found Michael to have good stakeholder engagement, to be a good communicator and pragmatic.
