Great Agent
I found Michael to be very professional through the selling of the property. He has great communication skills, he listen and acted on my needs and sourced advice if he was unable to to give a response (not just make it up or tell me what I want to hear). Through out the process he was up front with what was the best possible way of presenting the property, and the property was under contract with in 5 days of being on the market!

David was a great source of knowledge of the house on the market in Ararat and surrounds. He helped to negotiate price with the vendor and was willing to show through the house a number of times before settlement. Overall a great experience.
