I Would recommend!
I used a different agent in Ararat and everytime i called them i would have to explain who i was and i usually never heard back about my enquiries, and they would 'forget' what i had asked when i callled them back about it. I got over bad service and tried David and was very happy. He would call me to keep me updated with the property and always answered with my name when i called. Also he sold my property in less time that the other agents had it for. I would definitely recommend David.

Mr Calm 2016
David always had a calm manner and a positive outlook. This was particularly helpful for me as I lived two states away from the property I was renting out and selling. Also, David was always available which really helped as it was difficult for me to call during business hours. I feel the combination of calmness and positivity made him very approachable.

Positive Experience
It was a great pleasure to have David Jennings as our selling agent for a recent property sale. He answered all of our questions, provided a competitive quote and was there for whatever we needed. This is why we chose to use David's services. Everything ran smoothly and if there were any difficulties, David soon ironed them out. There was no BS as you generally get with other real-estate agents who are only interested in a sale and when things get to hard, they forget about you. Would highly recommend David to anyone.

Happy vendors
When we decided to sell our house in Ararat, as far as we were concerned there was only one agent we wanted. David Jennings. David isn't pushy or over realistic with his house quotes. We liked that. We brought the property through him nine years ago. We gave David three months to sell the property, he sold it well within that time. We were kept up to date with what was happening, open house days and potential viewers. We were pleased with the sale result. David gave very helpful after sale advice, never too busy to answer questions. That' what you want in an agent. fantastic.
