Dealing with a deseased estate is hard. Especially when dealing with a hoarder. David provided some sound suggestions, some of it was not what we wanted to hear. Which just makes it all the more valuable. He also linked us into tradespeople that could help us decide what we should do to improve the position of the property. At the end of the day, the property was sold quite quickly, and for more than we initially expected at the start of the journey. Can not ask for much more than that.

Absolutely stoked with dealing with Michael. Gave us the walk through of the house, we placed our offer the following day and Michael was on the go to start the process.
