Adriano was an excellent realtor in the purchase of our recent property
Adriano was an excellent realtor in the purchase of our recent property. He was very approachable, easy to contact and communicated openly throughout the transaction. We purchased the property whilst travelling and he could not have been more helpful and supportive in helping us manage this from afar. He is a great asset to Elders and we would definitely want to work with him again in the future.

Adriano worked hard and enthusiastically to sell our property. He was very personable, reliable, listened hard and kept us well informed throughout the process. Nothing was a problem for him and he appeared well informed about all his potential purchasers, keeping realistic and proactive from beginning to end. 4 stars only because Adriano is young and will only strive to become the best he can be, so don’t want him thinking ‘perfect ’ yet 👍🥰👏

He conducted a very professional sales campaign
Adriano's approach to handling the sale of my property was first class from start to finish. He was well versed with the state of the market and was clear about where my house sat in the market. He conducted an excellent sales campaign which attracted a large number of potential buyers and he worked hard to ensure they were present at the auction. His feedback and explanations on how we were tracking throughout the campaign were clear and concise. He conducted a very professional sales campaign.

Adriano is a true gentleman, he also knows the local market very well, he is incredibly thorough, doesn’t engage in any negative discussions about other agents or vendors/purchasers, and is one of those people who will call you straight back if he’s missed your call, he doesn’t ignore texts or emails, which many agents do. He works tirelessly for you and remembers the finer details of what you’ve told him. You’re in no better hands with Adriano!
