She knows her market well
Julia Smith served us well regards the sale of our house in Lyndoch. Despite our doubts re her valuation of our property (we thought that she overestimated), she proved us wrong and we were pleasantly surprised at the outcome. Julia is a 'straight talking' woman who knows her business well. We have no hesitation in recommending her services.

I approached Julia Smith to sell my house. Julia promptly visited the house and informed me of what she believed was needed to achieve the best result. After a few minor tweaks, the property was put on the market. A few days later she had received several offers. Julia kept me updated at all times on all aspects. Once the offer was accepted, Julia ( and the conveyancer) handled the rest. It was the most effortless sale I could imagine. I would definitely recommend Julia. She has an honest and reliable approach that I believe makes the process very transparent and trustworthy for both vendor and buyer. If I had another house to sell, Julia would be my first contact for sure! Fast sale with a friendly, effortless and trustworthy service. Ten out of ten.

Was always ready to do what is necessary to make it work. But be prepared for the truth as this girl calls a spade a spade, which is very comforting in knowing your getting the right information.
