Fun, exciting, smooth process.

Below expectations
We had high expectations given her reputation, however we found that she lied to us about having prospective buyers inspect our house- making up story about a couple wanting to buy for thousands less than advertised, when no one actually turned up- several discussions later my husband found out the truth. She was testing us to see if we would drop the reserve price. We don’t appreciate being lied to. We have had to be honest with family and friends when they ask about our experience selling this time. Her coworker Margot has been the one we have had the most contact with, who appears to handle everything else, she has been lovely and very easy to deal with.

Best agent we’ve ever had (as property investors there have been a few).
I found Damien to be a straight talking and friendly agent. We had been trying to sell one particular investment property for a number of years and had found nearly every agent lacking in effiency, communication and market knowledge. Damien sold it for us at a higher price than we would have accepted, quickly and was very pleasant to deal with. I thoroughly recommend him and he is a credit to Elders. I hope they know they are lucky to have him!
