Excellent

Great communication, nothing is a problem they go above and beyond to keep both tenants and landlords happy and content. I have owned this property for 30yrs plus , the girls are amazing especially Krystal, I would highly recommend elders in Batemans Bay, Bec, Craig and their team have got my vote 10/10

Very satisfied with the service provided by Crystal Heffernan.

Crystal has managed our property in a very professional manner. From the first steps of finding a tenant, through to following up with maintenance issues and sending regular statements, we have been very happy to have her as our property manager. She knows the local scene, and carries out her work efficiently. She communicates well, and responds promptly when I have contacted her. I do not hesitate to recommend her as an excellent property agent.

Crystal Heffernan has been managing my property for the past 4 months. I wanted to review Crystal because someone with her skill and conscientiousness deserves high praise! Crystal is hardworking, very professional and an all round nice person who goes that "extra mile" for you in her management and choice of tenant for you.
