Crystal has managed our property in a very professional manner. From the first steps of finding a tenant, through to following up with maintenance issues and sending regular statements, we have been very happy to have her as our property manager. She knows the local scene, and carries out her work efficiently. She communicates well, and responds promptly when I have contacted her.
