We came to Bec on the back of a very unsatisfying experience with another local, supposedly highly rated agent, with whom the only contact we had was a weekly, automatically generated report, or when we initiated it. Meeting Bec for the first time, I found her to be bright, bubbly and friendly, a people person. In saying this she was also very professional, knowledgeable and honest. It was a quiet market and she didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear, which I was grateful for. During the course of the sales campaign, she personally contacted us every week. When there wasn't much activity happening she was very proactive in suggesting things we should consider. Nothing was too much trouble. We did not live in the area and on several occasions Bec organised and sorted issues for us outside of her scope of work (including a trip to Bunnings), even on her supposed days off. We could not have been more happy with the way Bec managed our sale. In a downturned market she got us the best result we could have hoped for.
