Rebecca was professional, non pushy, great with communication and keeping me updated on proceedings. Her local knowledge was fantastic and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her, for example answering my stream of questions such as "how big is the fridge space?" and "is there aircon downstairs?" A real pleasure to buy a property from.

Craig didn’t have an easy job, the property was two story, had 4 bedrooms, an onsuite, bathroom, office, 5 car garage/workshop etc. He had to find the right size of family that require this amount of space. Open House was held at regular intervals. The final sale $ were in the upper range of the low/ high range he had suggested. Craig is an open & amenable person to work with, listens to what you say, we had many a chat on various subjects. Yes, if needed I would use his services again.

Rebecca, Craig and staff were always there for us . They did open houses every weekend and were always extremely pleasant and helpful to deal with. We purchased an investment property on the South Coast of NSW. Regrettably, and not through the agents' fault, the sale was very difficult. The vendors changed their minds several times about aspects of the purchase, including price, renting the property after settlement, and then astonishingly, attempting to withdraw the property from the market on the day we exchanged contracts. The agents also had to deal with us - we withdrew from the sale at one point because we didn't like a clause in the contract. The agents eventually helped us to have this particular clause changed. Through out the entire process the agents were honest and transparent. More than that though, they were cheerful and good natured the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble and they never lost their cool - it was like they had seen all this before - maybe they had?! Overall, I thoroughly recommend Bec and Craig. I personally would welcome the chance to do business with them again.

From the moment we had Bec and Craig come into our home, they were very understanding of our needs. They are both so down to earth, friendly and professional. Bec would always be so helpful and even answer my calls on her day off! She helped us even when we had questions on purchasing our property in a different state. Rebecca and her staff sold my elderly mother’s house/ property. Rebecca was extremely patient with our mother . Keeping her informed along the way and always communicated with us as we requested. My mother warmed to her instantly during this very emotional experience. The house was sold for a good price .
