Our initial agent Kasia was lovely. She was an amazing host when showing us the property and had so much knowledge of the area to share with us. After negotiating the price, we were surprised to learn (from my broker) that she had left the business. It was disappointing that we didn't receive any communication or handover to another agent and that we were left in the dark. Admittedly, Rebecca was not aware of this and did her best to rectify the situation. We understand that these things can happen however, I feel it could have been handled better. That being said, we would definitely consider using Rebecca as our agent in future.
