Not a good experience at all. If you are a buyer be careful. Until you put in the deposit he will receive your call/ excellent communication, after that very difficult to find him. Makes a lot of false promises. If he promises anything make sure you put everything in the contract so that you can go for a legal battle later on if required. Gentleman agreement does not work with them. I will never deal with them again for sure.

I have had the good fortune opportunity to work with Ranbir over the last 4 to 5 yrs both in my capacity as buyer and then Seller. I have dealt with other real estate agents as well who just use flowery words and flattery which comes across as hollow and actually puts you *off*. with Ranbir, you get the real deal, someone who is genuine, someone who cares and someone who has the ability to understand and share the feelings of another.
