You can’t beat experience !

Took the time to get the right result

Bruce went quite above and beyond, to negotiate and settle the property at the best price for the seller, whilst keeping in communication with all the potential purchasers. His market knowledge was excellent and he took into account the needs of the current tenant which assisted in the tenant keeping the place neat and tidy for viewings. I was very impressed with the way Bruce handled the whole process. And he also didn’t forget to get in touch on settlement date
