As a Licensed Principal, he is ultimately been responsible for all aspects of property management, sales and rentals in all areas of residential, commercial and rural industries. Responsible for relevant stakeholders within dynamic economic circumstances, it has been a challenging period to be accountable for employees, landlords, tenants and directors albeit one he has enjoyed. Jon demonstrates a real passion for real estate and property in general. Di’s exceptional knowledge of the local area truly sets her apart.

Excellent communicator

Exceeded my expectations

Di was quick to respond to my enquiry about selling my property. We discussed the process and fees then Di told me her recommended listing price and strategy, which I thought was ambitious at the time. There ended up being several parties interested, and with negotiations, a price was settled on, almost 10% higher than expected. Communications were good throughout with Di and her team and I am very satisfied with the result.
