We made contact hoping the house was still on market. Rob contacted us and arranged a mid week inspection allowing us as much time as we needed to get to know the place. He was able to provide a great deal of information including the major upgrades and historical context. We made an offer a couple of days later that he promptly took to vendor. On acceptance he arranged another visit for us at short notice as we were departing area. We met owners and shared a number of experiences and observations. He greatly assisted us from Victoria stay in touch with vendors and plan the move to Clare. He was there to welcome us on our first day in our new home.

Had reached out to Lisa early on in our pre sale process regarding condition of house, any renovations recommended, presentation and local market expectations. Lisa was very responsive and proactive, keeping us informed throughout the pre sale and the listing of the property. Photos done on Monday, listed Tuesday, 1st offer in Tuesday evening followed by another 2 on Wednesday - discussed offers and Lisa negotiated an increased offer that we were simply astounded by. Lisa managed the contract process and the online tools were excellent - all done remotely. Post contract signing, Lisa continued to communicate with us and articulated what items the purchasers did not require. Pre settlement inspection was handled and there were no issues with settlement.
