Selling a house is not an easy experience for the seller but Julie made the experience easier by sticking to the essentials, not exaggerating or underestimating the value of the house and making sure it was presented well. She also was careful to inform me what was going on, and who were the people most interested. So I never felt I was in the dark, which can happen with some other agents. I am happy to recommend her and her office to prospective sellers.
