From Day One Julie was totally invested in my mother's house. From the time Julie listed the house to when it was sold and settlement took place it was six months. Booborowie is a small country town and real estate in regional South Australia is very slow due to economic reasons. To sell the property in this time frame is a reflection of her professionalism.
