Sale of vacant land
Nathan Wilson provided a thorough and excellent service in the recent sale of our land in Crescent Head. As we don’t live in the area, he suggested and managed improvements to present the property for sale. He quickly found an appropriate buyer and negotiated a price that met our expectations. He was always prompt and courteous in his communications and knowledgeable about real estate In the area. We are delighted to recommend him.

Easy and available

Great communication, responsive to requests
Nathan was great to deal with when we bought our land. We did everything virtually (COVID) but no question went unanswered. If ever we sell he will be my choice of agent.

The local knowledge Nathan had helped us greatly.
Nathan was extremely easy to deal with from the first phone call when we saw the land we envisaged as our perfect lot for our forever home. All the way through, with advice on Conveyancer’s/solicitors as we were new to the area, nothing was too much to ask.

Nathan was introduced to us in February 2019, he has always been professional, charming and helpful.
Nathan has an excellent knowledge of the local market and is always aware of the current sales which could encourage the vendor to select the appropriate price and time for the sale of the house. This he did to great effect with my house. He has an understanding of the local area and the community. His communication is outstanding, he has empathy and is therefore encouraging and supportive through the highs and lows of selling. From both mine and my husband‘s point of view he was outstanding.

Nathan is very easy to talk to and competent in his job, courteous and punctual, returns phone calls
The house itself was one which sold on its own. We were a bit disappointed with the appointment we had organised a few days before as we were in Sydney. Our appointment was at 10am, Nathan called on the morning to make it 9:45 which was perfectly ok but other propel started coming at 10am which made it very difficult to go over the home with a fine tooth comb. We had stated we were eager to purchase before the appointment and then put in an offer on the day which was accepted straight away, making us very happy, then in the next breath he said he had other people coming in a few days to give an offer. We thought that if we are accepted with our offer it would be ours to purchase. Not until we said that we were ready to sign on the day then he was all set to go with our purchase. We went into the house again the next day on our own with Nathan after an organised appointment which went much better, George was able to check the house out properly. The contracts exchanged that day. We are happy with the overall purchase and Nathan’s work ethic but not happy with our first appointment to see the house. We are looking forward to being able to use our house when it is not being rented and being part of the community after spending the last 47 years holidaying at Crescent Head.

Nathan is one of the most professional people I have ever worked with
I have been working with Nathan over the past 12 months selling the blocks in my 38 lot sub division. He is very flexible when arranging times to meet and always punctual.
