The worst experience I have ever had dealing with real estate period. I do not recommend these guys what so ever unless you are a buyer. First of all I was looking for 300k after a little research i decided 320k was fair. Tim never recommended anynore I since found our 350k was an achievable number. He never mentioned any of this to make it easier to sell. He already had a buyer lined up and new she only had 295 k. I needed money as I just broke my back so he knew I was desperate. He convinced me to signed and then basically hassled me until I allowed the buyer to nove in then heard nothing from him until settlement. His last correspondance was he had some fanily personal issues he was sorry and bla bla bla. I did not find this professional nor grown up. From then until settlemenr he has avoided me. Kiah at the office on the otherhand was dillegent proffessional and efficient if you are going to deal with anyone there let ut bw her. Overall I would say avoid Tim at all costs and Derek at century 21 gympie
