Good market knowledge, easy to communicate and work with.
I needed my land sold quickly, Neville made sure it was sold before my deadline. He made sure he wasted no time and was very easy and good to work with. He had lovely communication skills and a was a very respectful and professional person. Overall I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Market knowledge was pretty good communication was garbage and professionals don’t abuse clients
Honestly barely had any communication with Tim himself till the end of sale witch then he wasn’t very professional at all went off over the phone rather then being a professional/ adult and talking to his clients Doesn’t listen to anything you say just there for his money not to actually help his clients
