We met Tim from afar! We were looking for our property from the USA, we had a couple of options in mind reached out to Tim. When we finally got to the area, he met with us and spent time showing us properties that aligned with what we were looking for. After getting to know us and what we were looking for, he nailed it! He took us to the exact property that we ended up buying. We cant thank him enough for his patience, down to earth and friendly approach. It is very easy to see how much he loves his job and he is excellent at it. What I also like was his respect for the properties that he was showing, I appreciated that as I had just recently sold my property and had reservations about having strangers in my home etc. Tim made sure that he respected the properties that were entrusted in him to show on the owners behalf. Thanks to Tim we are now back home in Australia!!
