Tim Broadbent fom Elders Gunalda stepped up to market the property even though it was not every persons ideal purchase. Although due to his demand, he with at times the help from other Elders staff and aerial photo photography bought several interested parties to the property and made the sale process easy. He discussed openly strategies to increase interest for a sale. Well done Tim and thank you very much.
