We only really spoke to Tim a couple of times so difficult to rate his skills and knowledge - his colleague Karen gave us a virtual tour of the property and gave us lots of information. Tim was always polite and courteous when we did speak with him though. After our virtual tour we flew up to check the property out in person but no-one met us there. Everything went through smoothly though so happy with that.

From day dot, Tim was very helpful with information, not just about our new property but also on the Area.
