Chantell commenced her real estate career with Elders Real Estate in 2005 and brings to her position over 14 years industry experience. Born and raised in Condobolin, NSW she is a country girl at heart; however she now calls Dubbo home! Over her years in the property management industry, her knowledge of the Dubbo rental market has developed into a huge asset to the Elders Real Estate business as well as to her valued clients. She knows the local market inside out. Chantell particularly prides herself on maintaining a high level of professionalism whilst managing all aspects of her property portfolio. As an experienced investment manager, she understands the importance of building and maintaining relationships with both landlords and tenants, as this provides continuous excellent customer service. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, who now also call Dubbo home.

Alanna has been with Elders Real Estate since 2008 and has been in the industry since 2005. She is a life-long resident of Dubbo, and knows the local market inside out. Her long term clients are quick to praise her thorough communication skills and eye for detail in the management of her portfolio. Alanna particularly prides herself on her knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and Legislation, ensuring you are best advised to achieve the most from your investment property. Over the years, she has helped a number of landlords resolve problems with their tenants without escalating to the Residential Tenancies Tribunal. She believes the keys are good knowledge, communication, responsiveness and respect for everyone’s point of view. She has a young family and enjoys supporting the community at the many events which come to Dubbo throughout the year.

Neryl commenced with Elders Real Estate in February 2020, as an integral part of the administration team as our Receptionist and Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator. After 2 years in this role she then became one of our Property Investment Managers. Neryl holds a real estate assistant agents certificate and is currently working towards her Class 2 License. She is more than capable to help with all your general enquiries and has a passion to pursue a career in the real estate industry. Neryl originally comes from Mudgee but now calls Dubbo home.

Madison joined our team at Elders Real Estate as our receptionist in January 2015 where she quickly progressed to become our Accounts Manager. After having 12 months off on Maternity Leave, Madison is now in a Property Management roll where she takes a lot of pride in offering outstanding customer service & attention to detail. Madison also looks after our commercial portfolio. She has an easy going and approachable personality. She prides herself on her ability to exceed expectations with landlords and tenants. Madison is a highly motivated and friendly member of our team who has a passion to assist and help others wherever she can. She has a young family who she adores & loves to spend time with. Madi also enjoys going on river walks & hanging out with her family at the zoo in her spare time.
