About Blanche

Blanche has been with Elders Real Estate since 2005 and started her career as part of the NSW Real Estate Management Team. This role had her extensively involved in both rural and residential Real Estate Marketing and Training. In 2009, she joined the Elders Real Estate residential sales team and enjoyed a strong and exciting sales career, spanning 11 years. She specialised in the Sale of Residential and Lifestyle properties and was highly regarded by her clients and peers due to her exceptional customer service and sales record; resulting in numerous State awards over the years. In 2017, she was promoted to Branch Manager of the Dubbo Real Estate Office, and led a very successful and innovative team of sales agents and property managers for four years. She is a Class 1 Agent – Real Estate Agent and Stock and Station Agent, as well as an Accredited Auctioneer. After having some time away from the industry with the arrival of her daughter in 2020, she is excited to re-join our Dubbo Real Estate Team as Sales and Business Development Manager. Outstanding service

Rebecca was amazing to deal with and super helpful with the whole experience.

Rebecca was very professional and at the same time she was lighthearted and made everything feel like there wasn’t much pressure.
