Adam was extremely instrumental in helping us purchase our first home, quickly, efficiently and in an informed way. right from the first enquiry we made about inspection dates, he was very responsive, and stayed responsive, in a focused way that was personal, rather then with generic messages. He was informative of the house when we inspected, and followed up closely with us as we made our offer. He was aa strong advocate for the vendor, but also kept us informed about the process, our next steps, and where we were at, at every interval,, without being overly pushy or intrusive. His team were great too, Gabby kept things organized, and stayed in touch to ensure the other parts of the sale went well. They made it personal, and at the final inspection, they made sure to let us know about anything that was to be done, and participated in our excitement and joy at having achieved what felt like an impossible feat. The added attention to detail in making time to have us put the sold sticker on, taking photos for us and giving us house warming gifts, were incredibly sweet, and heartfelt.
