Adam is very approachable

When I was looking for a house in Dubbo , it happened to be Adam that I was dealing with he made it run quite smoothly , had a few hick ups along the way with normal things banks ect but he made everything calm and had a smooth transaction in the end. Easy to deal with well mannered , would highly recommend Adam to sell your house or to buy a house from .

Sold too quickly!

Who would have thought that we would be complaining (totally tongue in cheek)about our agent Adam selling our house within the 1 st week of opens, $35k above our asking price. We were so gobsmacked that the first thing we blurted out was “what the **** that’s just so f ***n quick” We obviously were just blown away. The recommended marketing and negotiation that Adam led, resulted in our asking price offer after 3 days of advertising. 4 formal offers within the 1st week. Wow Wow Wow. Pre sale : Adam recommended when we should list, knowing the local market so well, ensuring demand favoured us. During Presale and Listing. Adam liaised, re scheduled, sought approval at every stage , gave updates, worked in with us and our busy lives to coordinate time’s, photos, videos, The lot. ALWAYS accomodating to us first. AND to seal the deal spoke to us daily once offer was accepted as to progress to exchange. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING.
