I can not fault anything whatsoever - from our first meeting (and his personal presentation) until settlement. We had a very quick sale with which we were very happy, we chose Chris because of his local sales and knowledge - His one very minor fault I felt was with communication, a quick phone call to say "Hi Anne, just wondering how you are going with preparation for the open home, everything on track" would made me feel that I was his one and only client. Don't get me wrong, I loved his professionalism and his personality, but a couple of check up phone calls wouldn't have gone amiss. Another thought I have, and it is not to do with Chris is: Is it the Real Estate Agents or the public that keep prices low and not moving upwards?
