Not only is Gary a nice guy, he is an exceptional agent. Nothing was too much trouble for Gary. This was a sub-division with a lot of complex issues and when things didn't go according to plan Gary stepped up and solved the problem. When the original sale fell through Gary sold the property a second time in a falling market for the original sale price. I would highly recommend Gary if you have a property to sell in the area.
