Hindsight is a wonderful thing but I appointed Brad Scott from All Properties initially. I found myself chasing him for feedback and the last straw was buyers ( 2 ) contacting me saying he wasn't responding to them. Steve was the opposite, he charges the standard REIQ fee, doesn't use Premium ads which I know now promote the agent as much as the property and most of all his feed back is excellent and in our case he did SELL the house I have spread the word to my now former neighbours.
