It has been a pleasure dealing with Steve and the team at Elders Jimboomba. Our property had tenants in residence at the time of going to market and, due to Steve's excellent communication and negotiation skills he was able to work with the tenants to find the best solution to market our property. Achieving an acceptable offer on the first open house, even before advertising in the local press had been achieved, the property was only on the internet at the time.
