Professional, knowledgeable I highly recommend Steve & the team at Jimboomba Elders
Steve (& elders team) was extremely experienced, informative, & helpful in the sale of my (16 year) family home. They walked around the property & sat down & discussed all the details with me, friendly & communicative throughout the entire process, which was great for me as a first timer that was worried about every little thing. The house was on the market for about a week & a half, & had 2 open homes, when I received 2 offer, stress & pressure free, quick sale. Steve definitely no. 1 Amazing work!! Disgraceful poor effort
We DONT recommend Steve Hodgson's from Elder's Realestate Jimboomba. Once he has your listing that's it. No communication what so ever. At the time he came to our home and he gave the sales speech. We where not asked which listing package we wanted he assumed it would be their most expensive package which is Gold so when we said just do the bronze. Steve then strongly talked my partner out of the bronze so to anyone reading this stand your ground with him. Steve actually became argumentative with me when a buyer wanted us to drop $5000 off our asking price. I said no! Steve became annoyed at this and said that isn't how it's done you should agree to this.... I automatically thought to myself are you working for us or the buyer here?? I said fine if that's the case take the $5000 off your commission and guess what he said NO. The sale went through so I was happy I stood my ground in that instance. He also listed our home in the wrong location and when I pulled him up on it he first blamed the girl's in his office. That day it was changed but the next day it was back to the incorrect location and again he blamed this time Realestate.com.au he said they go off your rates which was bull$#/! because our rates location wasn't what was on Realestate.com.au this communication was either by sms or email mind you. Once house was sold the receptionist called to ask for keys again nothing from Steve. We didn't know what was happening with the sale and the new owners dates etc. To top off the impersonal service when we dropped off the keys surprise surprise he wasn't there and you get a cheap Brut Champagne and a box a cheap favourite chocolates. The real estate we brought from didn't have to give us a gift but we received a lovely hamper which we appreciated. BE AWARE SELL WITH SOMEONE ELSE. He takes his money and runs!!!!

Could not recommend enough!
Dealing with Steve is as easy as it gets, from the beginning to the end! He always sorts everything out straight away, and nothing is to much to ask. Would sell with Steve again in a heartbeat!
