Jacob was very helpful throughout the entire sales process. From the outset, expectations were set around the property requiring some work to improve the sale value. Jacob was able to help with arranging quotes and contractors to attend the house and perform the work, as well as assisting with organising funding through Campaign Agent to have the renovation work be taken out at the point of settlement. I highly recommend Jacob his team, as they made the entire process as smooth as possible and maintain regular communications to keep me updated on the progress from start to finish.
