Jacob was thorough and helpful from the very beginning. We received over 5 appraisals from different real estate agents, as well as an Independent Valuation from Herron Todd White. Jacobs Appraisal and suggested listing price was the closest to our paid Valuation Report. He clearly put a lot of effort into his report and his knowledge of sales within the area was second to none. Jacob maintained consistent concise communication with both selling parties (we sold due to separation), and landed us a sale price of more than our expectation, and within only a few days on the market.
