I had a great experience selling a property through Jordain and Jacob. They know the market well including an idea of the forecast and the types of buyers in the area. Because of our particular circumstances, we needed a quick sale, but still at a good price. Jacob and Jordain communicated regularly and clearly, and they did often report back after they had already solved problems which was lovely. Jordain checked first, but was often on the front foot to reach out to the apprioriate people for things like minor repairs or arranging further inspections etc. Further, their strong integrity was clear when they identified an error on settlement that saw that they were overpaid on the agreed commission. They were the first to pick it up, and started the process to refund the excess immediately and notified us within hours of the settlement. Genuinely good people who deserve credit for getting the outcome we wanted and more.
