Marty has extensive knowledge of the area he services. He has a huge data base of prospective purchasers for properties, before he lists. Our property was on the market with another agent for 18 months, with minimal inspections. We called Marty, he came out, signed us up, and we had someone through within the hour. We had 3 further inspections within 2 months, which resulted in a no fuss sale. Marty achieved the price we discussed with him. Our property was of the type which wouldn't appeal to many.
