Highly recommended!

The Elders property manager Gigi was very professional and friendly in all aspects of locating and securing our next rental home. Plus Anita in the office was very helpful and professional getting the lease contract and bond all sorted. All in all it has been a great experience with Elders so far and highly recommend their services.

Excellent

I cannot thank Teesha from Elders Realestate enough for making the move an easy process. Despite us moving from the UK, the agency was kind enough to work with our relocation agent, systematically providing all the documents for us to sign and after moving in, following up on how we settled and helping with any further needs for the property. Keep up the good work as it is a an important job to help someone to have a roof to live under and Elders have done that well for us.

Great experience!

Whole team I dealt with went out of their way to help in my rental journey. After getting disillusioned, I asked a simple question at the inspection to the lovely Anita. She was so helpful with her advice and asked lots of questions to help answer my worries. Between herself and Rebecca, they went above and beyond with the application process and didn't give up. After signing up, anytime I've had to contact the Property Manager, Lauren, I've been equally happy. Very impressed with everything at Elders Real Estate Rockingham. Very thankful for all their help!

Going above and beyond

Our agent Sandy helped us by not only spending time with us on the house outside of work hours due to urgent turnaround but also arranged the clean of the house and garden as well as repairs in a professional way. We are grateful that the house was made clean for the new tenants to move in. We were impressed with the efficiency in getting suitable tenants after the previous tenants ended their tenancy before the lease contract ended. We will recommend Elders Real Estate as they are reliable and professional.

Efficient service

Teesha and staff kept us updated at all times with twice weekly viewings and opened the home for extra viewings on the weekend when requested. Winter time was be a bit quieter for prospective tenants to attend and it took a bit longer than we anticipated but we are happy with the outcome.
