Don't choose anyone else!

Bernie really went above and beyond what you'd expect of an estate agent. He made himself available to me when I needed advice (at all random hours of the day!), and helped me organise the repairs to my property in order to get the best price. (He even repaired one of my sliding doors himself because he has knowledge in this field!) He had good contacts of reliable people that could get my place into perfect condition for the sale. Me being overseas at the time, this was not an easy feat! He was also so respectful to my tenant and really motivated her to keep the property up to scratch for the visits. This just made the selling process so much easier too. I have liaised with many estate agents over the years and this one is hands down the best. He also communicated with my buyer and managed to get a price far above which I had hoped for originally!
