Knowledgable real estate expert, professional and a true partner in the sale process

As a seller living overseas, I needed an agent that would guide me through the process and a trusted professional that could act on my behalf. David was very knowledgeable and had my full confidence. He was able to explain the sales process in Australia, guide me through the best marketing approach for my property, supported me in completing paperwork when I didn't fully understand what was being asked, worked with my brother-in-law to get the property sale ready, was able to recommend other professionals that I would need to consult with on financial and legal matters, understood the specific requirements I would need to meet as an international seller, and worked tirelessly to make the process as smooth and unstressful as possible. He communicated well on the auction process and was available to answer questions and provide advice.
