I found Denise extremely professional at all times. With my interests her main concern. She attended all inspections herself. I tried other real agents in town mainly the ones I had dealt with in buying property. They came in with ridiculous offers. Found Denise to be very easy to deal with, nothing was a issue even on her weekend. Good old country service no bullshit, honest, and very genuine person, which in realestate is refreshing to find. Open communications and even had the seller and us meeting fave to face rather than he said she said communications. Would have no issues using Denise again should the need arise.
