Great Agent. John did an excellent job selling my house. Listed Friday, open house Saturday, sold by noon Sunday. WOW!!!! It happened so quickly. The new owner even had a picnic lunch on the front lawn. Thank you John making a stressful time very easy to handle. The people you sold it to will treat the house with the love and respect the house deserves. Susan would be very happy with the new owners.

Wife and I were very interested in the property, but were told by Luke it was under contract at the time. Several weeks later we received a message from Luke while he was on his R&R that the property was back on the market, to which we immediately jumped in. It took us 1 week to settle al contractual matters, and we're moving early 2023.

Well I have to say that luke worked for his money on this sale!! We purchased a house that Luke from Elders was selling. Our initial contact was made via Realestate.com through email. The next day Luke sent us an email with a follow up call. On inspection day Luke made us feel that we were the only people viewing the house as a lot of time was spent with us.
