We had a very stressful and tedious experience with another agent before Nathan came along. We were told we were asking too much and in 5 months never got one offer on paper. Nathan came highly recommended to us from other people who had used him and said he'd get it sold and get the price we wanted. From the minute we engaged Nathan's services, he was extremely pro active with getting buyers through and gave us regular updates, all hours of the day and night. Photos were taken and from these spectacular photos and ad write up, we had 8 groups through on the first open home. From this first open home, we had an interested buyer and Nathan negotiated with them until we got our asking price - which we were told was unrealistic.
